Pecan Cheese Ball
With their crunchy and creamy texture, cheese balls are a crowd favorite at Christmas parties. This delicious recipe is easy to make and with just four ingredients, you’ll have lots of time left for baking those Christmas goodies!
Pecan Cheese Ball
- In a medium size mixing bowl, mash 8 ounces of softened cream cheese.
- Mix in 1 ounce ranch dressing dry mix and 2 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese and form into a ball.
- Roll the ball in 1 ½ cups finely chopped pecans and 1/2 cup chopped cranberries (optional). Cover and refrigerate before serving.
